Setting up your iCoaster set

You will need a large flat surface to set up your iCoaster. A carpeted area is OK but a hardwood floor or tabletop will work better.

Setting up the iCoaster will take a bit of trial and error the first time. The magnetic connections are very sensitive and you have to ensure that each track is set up on the correct tower level (note the number on each tower in the instructions). If the track connections are not made perfectly the ball may fall off the track.

After you have completed the track set up connect the plug and play and let the fun begin!

Where is the best place to buy the iCoaster?

Good Question !!!!

A new iCoaster set at a good price is not very easy to find. Your local toy store may have iCoaster sets available but you will probably find that the price is marked up about 20% above the prices you may be able to find the sets online or in the department stores like Kmart.

We have found that the department stores have either little or no sets available and the best place to purchase is online.

The site http://www.icoasterkids.com/ has links to several vendors that advertise the iCoaster sets. Our advice is to you is to check them out and find the site with the best price and delivery options.

Reviewer Comments: My 7 year old son loves roller coasters and this toy is great. My husband helped him build the first set up,and now he can configure them mainly on his own. Once in a while a ball gets stuck, but it is not a big deal. Yes, you have to be careful not to bump it, or it will break apart, but it has not been a problem at our house. We can even set it up on our carpet. It is a big hit!

How do I get missing iCoaster parts

What do I do if I am missing a piece to my iCoaster set ?

Don't worry you have two options. You can either:

  1. Call the toll free number at Mega Brands 1-800-465-6342 or

  2. send them an email via the website at http://www.megabloks.com/en/customerservice/age_requestform.php

I tested both methods and found that sending an email via the website works best.
Be sure to specify the part number you are missing in the email. You can find the part numbers in the instruction manual or if you don't have the manual you can download one from the website at http://www.megabloks.com/media/playbooks/28396.pdf
